ThoughtWorks

After working for 16 months in my first company, I was in real search for job change, so.. i was surfing through all the company websites where i can find the challenging job with lot of creative & fun environment. Then I heard from one of my friend about ThoughtWorks as one of the Best Companies to work. I went through their website, and I liked it alot. Then I went through some 50 blogs of TW's company employees. The way, they explained about their job really enthralled me. I took a chance and posted my resume.

It was after 2 weeks (i suppose) I got a call from the employer asking about my experience, why I am seeking a change, salary expected etc etc., Then she told that she will send me the Problems, for which I need to code and post within three days.
The problems were simple enough, but they were looking for my design aspect of the code and approach to the solution. For the first 2 days, I came across several ideas but nothing seemed to be good enough. Then I started thinking in real Object Oriented Aspect and placed myself in the problems situation. The solution just came out ! I then freezed my design, thinking that is the best approach & then coded for whole night.

Today, I sent my code solution to ThoughtWorks keeping my fringers crossed. I am just waiting, when I will get reply from them. Hope, they will like my approach and call me for the next interview level.

Now, It depends on Gods Grace.
